Now, Owners of Shops and Establishment in Gujarat does not require to be renewed their Gumasta Licence ( Shops and Establishment), earlier it was required to be renewed by every year in the month of December. A theoretical decision taken by the Gujarat Government on 02/01/2019
Establishment / Shops should pay One Time fees as per given structure and free from hitch of its renewal, Its a step towards Ease of Doing Business and liberty from Inspector Raj.
