Notification dated 29^th December 2017 issued by Ministry of Labour & Employment amending Building & Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Central Rules, 1998 of the Building & Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996.

The following rules are amended –

Every employer of a registered establishment shall file online unified Annual return in from XIV on Shram Suvidha Portal of the central Govt. on or before 1^st February every year.

The return filing in Form XXV by every employer of registered establishment are deleted from the rules.
