Notification dated 29th December 2017 issued by Ministry of Labour & Employment amending Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Central Rules, 1971 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970.

The following rules are amended –

 Every principal employer and contractor shall file online unified Annual return in from XIV on  Shram Suvidha Portal of the central Govt. on or before 1st February every year.

The return filing in Form XXV and Form XXIV by every principal employer and contractor respectively are deleted from the rules.
